TERMS OF SERVICE
BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS...
➜ I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. I also reserve the right to cancel a project for any reason.➜ Refunds are only guaranteed if I am unable or unwilling to complete the project. I am not responsible for your finances. I will negotiate refunds if a client wishes, but I will not do full refunds, since I take payment after the sketch stage.➜ My turnaround time is stated in all my commission openings, however, life may be unpredictable. I will communicate any delays to my clients, and you are always welcome to ask for updates, I am responsive!➜ I DO NOT ALLOW my art to be used for commercial purposes, AI training, NFTs, or reposted by anyone who is not my client.➜ As of May 2025, I only take commission inquiries through my Twitter account, and I only open for limited items. I do not take commission requests via DMs at this time!
... *I typically work with predetermined sketches (YCHs), but will always have custom artworks available.➜ I always provide sketches to my clients before I continue with a project. Any requests for major changes must be made during that point. I will charge extra for any major changes after the sketch has been approved.

..I DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR MISTAKES ON MY END! I will fix any issues related to a character's design for free.➜ My commissions are USD only and paid via PayPal. I can use Ko-Fi upon request, but I will charge a dollar extra to make up for fees. I require payment at the sketch stage!

If you back out of a commission after I've already completed your sketch, you will be publicly blacklisted and your sketch will be sold as a YCH if possible.➜ I use discretion when I take a commission, therefore I do not have a "will-draw-won't-draw" list anymore. If I do not want to take on your project, I'm willing to negotiate other ideas!➜ Contact is listed on the main page of this site. I take commissions through openings I make on twitter.

Each additional character is + $1.00
Names, gender, pride flags, etc are included. I can include extra information for free!
